Okay.....so I want to act as though stress does not effect me, but it does. I find myself distracted, unable to focus, and tired when stressed out (ok well MORE then usual).
What do each of you do to lower the effects of stress?
What tips can you share with me and other readers?
I find that taking a 5 minute break every 30 minutes of studying helps me stay focused.
ReplyDeleteTaking breaks definatly helps. Drinks of water and stretching can help too. Even a bit of exercise will reset my stress. Showers can help too. Just basically anything that gets you moving and isn't stressful itself. Showers with kids banging on the door...not so good.
